• Prospecting new customers and prospose a solution to satisfy their requirements
• Planning monitoring project schedules and resources.
• Co-ordinating to ensure projects run smoothly and act as a point of contact with clients, consultants, architects and sub-contractors.
• Prepare and submit technical shop drawings for approval.
• Project Management and site supervision of the Installation and Commissioning of Air-Conditioning and mechanical ventilation works at Residential and Commercial Building.
• Planning and Design of M&E and Air-Conditioning works
• Attend site meeting, site inspection with sub-contractor and consultants.
• Modify the M&E Drawing According to Site Condition.
• Conduct the testing & commissioning of ACMV system.
• Managed the supervisor and workers to complete within limited time.
• Prepare monthly project progress claim/ progress report.
• Estimating and predicting the cost of tenders.
• Working experience in Air-conditioning/Chilled Water system and Mechanical Ventilation
  Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with experience in Electrical and Building Control Management System
• Possess AutoCAD and drafting experience in an advantage
• Good knowledge in Building M&E services(BMS), with project site experience in ACMV / Fire Protection & Electrical Systems for M&E specifications, installation and maintenance
• Good problem solving skills and ability to learn and interpret contract requirements quickly
• Working experience / knowledge in Electrical and Building Control Management System
  Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience in ACMV systems.
  To carry out maintenance of air-cond works, troubleshooting electrical systems
  Possess good communications skills.
• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• 3-5 years of working experience in project management or related field.
• Excellent planning and organizing skills.

Key Responsibilities

Platform and Backup Services:

• Contribute to the daily maintenance and administration of platform services, ensuring high availability and performance.

• Monitor and manage backup services across multiple platforms and locations to guarantee data integrity and availability.

Identity and Endpoint Protection:

• Support and troubleshoot identity and endpoint protection systems to enhance the overall security posture.

• Collaborate with the team to implement and maintain security hardening benchmarks for identity and endpoint protection.

Operating System Support:

• Provide support and troubleshooting for Linux/Unix and Windows Server environments, focusing on systems integral to identity and endpoint protection.

Image Management:

• Create and maintain Windows Server images tailored for optimal performance and security.

Documentation:

• Document administration processes and procedures specific to platform and backup services, identity, and endpoint protection.

Installation and Configuration:

• Install, set up, configure, and maintain systems and services related to platform operations and security.

Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor hardware, server, and appliance performance related to platform and backup services, identifying, and addressing issues proactively.

Backup Management:

• Ensure the success of backup jobs for identity and endpoint protection systems, implementing improvements as needed.

Proactive System Monitoring:

• Proactively monitor system performance in the context of identity and endpoint protection, engaging in capacity planning.

Troubleshooting:

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to platform and backup services, identity, and endpoint protection.

Alert Response:

• Respond to alerts promptly, taking appropriate actions to maintain the integrity of platform and security services.

Reporting:

• Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and security metrics for analysis and review.

Adherence to SLA:

• Attend and resolve incidents within defined Service Level Agreements, ensuring operational excellence.

Enthusiastic Learning:

• Display enthusiasm for learning about emerging technologies, especially those relevant to platform and security operations.

Shift Work:

• Be flexible to work in shifts to support operational needs, ensuring 24/7 coverage for critical systems.

Qualification

Preferably one (1) years of IT experience,

Relevant certifications in system administration, platform operations or security would be advantageous.

Support Hours

Working hours (Staggered Shift)

Weekdays, 0800hrs to 2300hrs

Standby Hours

To support activities and incidents after working hours, eve of public holidays and public holidays

Engineer will be stationed at 1 site primarily but may be required to be at the other sites occasionally.
