Job Descriptions

• Carry out financial operations proficiently using the relevant financial systems by adhering to the finance-related legislations and policies.
• Administer the processing of invoices in SAP system for purchases made by the various units using contracting instruments such as Purchase Orders.
• Engaging and supporting department in the areas of financial policies, as well as recommend process improvements through data analytics.
• Partake in projects that help to enhance systems and processes, such as the use of robotic process automation, to strengthen the financial integrity.
• Process finance transactions promptly within a stipulated timeframe

Job Requirements

• Only Singaporean need to apply.
• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or other relevant fields
• Experience in analytical field with hands-on accounting skills.

Job Description

1. Assist in monthly financial reporting and statutory audit.
2. Prepare audit schedules.
3. Park manual and accrual journals.
4. Ensure proper & timely filing & archiving of accounting documents & related records.
5. Review transactions and clarify user department queries.
6. Assist with other ad-hoc matters.

Job Requirement

1. Singaporean only.
2. Min Diploma (Preferably Diploma in Accounting).
3. Proficiency in MS Excel and Workday would be a plus.
4. Previous experience in accounting/ General Ledger is more advantageous.
