The Regional Client Service Account Manager (CSAM) is responsible for ensuring that JPMorgan Chase offers the highest standard of Client Service to assigned top-tier Corporate clients, acting as a primary point of contact for the bank’s APAC-based clients with Regional Treasury Centers located in Singapore. The primary role is to provide comprehensive account management service and escalation support overseeing relationship regionally (and/or globally) and ensure that each J.P. Morgan branch delivers timely services and achieves detailed knowledge of their client support requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Become a primary point of contact for APAC regional clients for advice, complex enquiries, escalations, complaints, coordination of account maintenance; across a full suite of cash management and liquidity products

• Understand clients’ business to identify solutions on client issues, enhance client experience in partnership with Sales, Product, Implementations and Operations

Roles and Responsibilities
Finance:

• Handle day-to-day operational transactions, including data entry and bookkeeping into the accounting system, and complete the posting process for accounts payable and receivable
• Handle the petty cash payment and prepare the monthly petty cash report
• Prepare and update debtor and vendor aging reports monthly
