Your Function:

Team Summary

The Client Incentive Operations (CIO) team manages incentive contracts with financial institutions and clients by assessing the appropriate accounting treatment, monitoring contract performance and making payouts as per contractual obligations.

What a Finance Manager does at Visa:

The Finance Manager, Client Incentive Operations, reports to the Senior Director and will serve as a key member of the Client Incentive Operations team.  This role will take a lead in the cluster and will partner closely with the Finance Business Partner to provide greater value to Sales and other stakeholders.

Contract Administration

• Review of contractual obligations and commitments for complex incentive contracts and build such computations into the incentive computation system
• Review of contractual payments in accordance with the terms of contracts
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on complex deal structure
• Act as an approver role for incentive adjustments and payments
• Ensure compliance with Visa’s accounting policy, US GAAP and SOX controls and timely and accurate accounting and reporting
• Champion the creation and maintenance of high standards of financial discipline and accountability within the geography
• Responsible for assigned reports or deliverables.
• Own performance metrics and drive efficiencies through automation and improvement of business processes

Business / Team Engagement

• Effectively translate technical accounting treatment and financial analysis to stakeholders to ensure full understanding of contractual language
• Partner closely with Finance Business Partners to provide support to all stakeholders in the cluster
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance Business Partners, Client Contract Management, Legal and other stakeholders as needed on contract structuring
• Foster a collaborative team environment and provide effective coaching and mentoring to more junior team members

Project Management

• Drive process improvements and streamlining projects and initiatives
• Spearhead ad hoc projects to further improve the overall performance of the team and processes

Qualifications and Skills Required

 Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance/ Business Management or related field.

 At least 3 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution or Consultancy firms.

 Above average excel skills (Advance formulas, pivot tables, building of reporting dashboard). Strong

 in data analysis using excel.

 Good knowledge in Power Point and have prior experience in preparing PPT slides for reporting

 purpose. Knowledge in Power BI will be a plus.

 Good experience in managing/responsible/implementing business process improvement.

 Have working experience in SAP system (PEMS).

 Excellent internal communications, written and verbal communication skills.

 Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

 Strong Attention to details.

 Willing to learn attitude and able to work independently.

 Able to handle confidential data in a professional manner. PDPA related certification will be a plus.

 Experienced in software and related maintenance contractual/commercial processing will be a plus.

 Have knowledge in managing Share Point will be a plus.

 Experienced as a PMO support in Bank Projects will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

Leave Administration – Manage end-to-end leave processes including monitoring of the email inbox, supporting queries in leave management and entitlement policies, computing the leave balance for HR BP and Payroll team, maintaining the internal communications on leave administration, preparing leave accrual reports for Finance and other reports for management reporting.

Training Administration – Manage end-to-end training administration processes including monitoring of the email inbox, maintaining the course catalogue, tracking attendances and feedbacks, event management, sending email reminders to employees who have yet to complete their required training hours, preparing of training reports, agreements, and SOWs.

Audit – Maintain a secured archival to support annual and ad-hoc audit exercises.

Government Paid Claims – Process, submit and follow-up on government-paid claims such as but not limited to national service, maternity, paternity, childcare, shared parental leave, and adoption leave. Monitor and report the status of the claims. Interact and follow-up with employees on claims matters including outstanding documents.

Requirements:

Minimum ‘A’ Levels or Diploma

Minimum 3 years working experience in leave and training (and grants) administration, payroll processing

experience, preferably with knowledge of SuccessFactors systems.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, minimally Intermediate level

Special Knowledge or Skills:

Individuals with customer-facing experience will be preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical skills

Meticulous and have a keen eye for details with an inquiring mind.

Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
