Responsibilities

• Directly assist Director for all aspect of Wine Business Development & Marketing related to Wines Events & Wine Clienteles
• Mainly focus & assist in constant liasing with existing customers and active in sourcing & new customers : F&B trade customers & corporate/ Private Clientele
• Must assist in setting up meetings with different clienteles
• Support all documentations and drafting of business proposals & implementation of all marketing works related to wines
• Work closely with Director to meet sales target and support & contribute ideas of wine sales strategies
• Responsible for constant development of different promotional campaigns for different brandings with product on our own company e-commerce platforms and social medias
• Assiting in regular innovative postings on different social media platforms to create Products awareness
• Participate and Assist in all wine related events

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Good knowledge & experience in marketing strategies, concepts & analysitical skill
• "WSET" Certificate with Basic Wine Knowledge is a plus
• Determined personality and be able to work indepentantly & very Pleasant Personality
• Must be able to use Microsoft Office (Words /Excel/Powrpoint)
• Proficient in Canva / Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator software is a plus

Responsibilities:-

As the Executive (Course Operations – Exams & Assessments), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient course assessment and examination processes. Reporting to the Manager, you will handle a variety of tasks that are crucial for the success of our programs, including:

• Liaison & Coordination: Collaborate with Schools on all assessment and examination-related matters to ensure clarity and efficiency.

• Setup & Management: Establish lesson and assessment structures in our systems, and oversee the entire examination schedule.

• Results Processing: Manage results processing according to schedules and Singapore Polytechnic Exam Rules, including handling appeals.

• Certification Administration: Oversee the issuance of certificates in both digital and hardcopy formats.

• Reporting & Analysis: Compile examination/assessment reports, analyze data, and provide insightful recommendations based on statistics.

• Graduation Planning: Coordinate the planning and execution of our Graduation Ceremony, from sourcing awards to managing seating arrangements.

• Stakeholder Support: Address queries from Schools and students, ensuring clear communication and outstanding customer service.

Requirements:-

• A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting related to academic or examination processes.

The Director, Digital Performance & Adoption (APAC) will provide clear accountability and leadership in working with hotels located in APAC to optimize the performance of their digital direct business, and digital products. This role will partner with the Digital Products organization and properties to uncover regional and local performance optimization opportunities, develop strategies to close performance gaps, and enable the realization of critical performance targets. Primary areas of performance will include conversion, bookings, ancillary revenue capture, as well as app and chat adoption.

As part of this role, the Director will help develop a thorough digital performance governance program. This will also include the creation, augmentation, and management of digital performance reporting to be used by APAC property teams.

Job Description:

Education:

· Bachelor's Degree in Business.

Work Experience:

· 7+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment.

· Proven track record in digital performance management and performance optimization.

· Experience in building workable digital marketing solutions to improve performance.

· Experience standing up processes and policies.

· Experience in business intelligence and developing reporting.

· Experience in digital product management, ecommerce, and/or digital applications.

· Experience leading other digital managers and analysts.

· Experience working between corporate, regional and local properties or offices.

· Experience in travel and hospitality a benefit but not required.
