Roles and Responsibilities

• Process and administer payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner, including calculation and entry of employee wages, salaries, bonuses, commissions, and other compensation based on hours worked and relevant payroll information.
• Maintain knowledge of tax laws, local labor regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance in payroll processing.
• Reconcile and audit payroll records monthly to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports, tax forms, and other required documentation to government agencies and other stakeholders.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, tax deductions, benefits, and other related matters promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records, including employee information, earnings, deductions, and tax documents. Collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
• Prepare monthly payroll reports for finance to show actual against budget or actual against forecast
• Assist in payroll related project as requested
• Oversee benefits plans like health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Run these plans, organize renewals, and help employees enroll/respond to their queries

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role.

Job Requirements

• Background in Chemistry or a relevant field.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Protect assets and information of the company in accordance to the company policy and Security SOP.
• Patrol the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows and gates.
• Response promptly to the activation of alarms and investigates disturbance.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, equipment and goods to safeguard against theft and maintain security of premises as well as ensuring that equipment or goods is accompanied with Delivery Order (DO), e-Delivery Order (e-DO) and declarations.
• Write reports in the Security Occurrence Book of daily activities and irregularities.
• Call the superior, upon instruction call police or fire departments in case of emergency.
• Circulate among visitors, patron and employees to preserve order and protect property.
• Warn persons of rule infractions and violations, and evict violators from premises with appropriate measures when necessary.

Qualification & Experience Generally Required

To develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure financial support from diverse sources, including individual donors, corporate partners and foundations to support the implementation and growth of Club HEAL’s programmes and initiatives. Other roles will include media management and event coordination efforts to increase awareness and support for our cause.

1. Fundraising

a. Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to diversify revenue streams and meet fundraising goals.

b. Identify and cultivate relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, foundations, and other potential funding sources, effectively communicating Club HEAL’s mission and impact to secure financial support for our initiatives.

c. Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and initiatives, including online campaigns, direct mail appeals and special events to engage donors and raise funds.

d. Create compelling content to showcase beneficiaries and people-in-recovery whose mental health journeys can be a source of inspiration for others as part of the fundraising campaigns.

2. Donor Engagement

a. Cultivate meaningful relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, foundations and other funding sources.

b. Maintain regular donor engagement through various channels, including emails, letters and face-to-face meetings to acknowledge their generosity and support.

c. Provide donors regular updates on the impact of their contributions, showcasing tangible outcomes, success stories and testimonials from beneficiaries.

3. Event Coordination

a. Assist in planning, organising and executing events, to increase Club HEAL’s prominence and engagement with our stakeholders, primarily for the purpose of fundraising.

4. Corporate Communications
