1. Partner actively with Digitalization, Tendering and Market procurement teams to strategize and derive competitive winning proposals to secure cost-competitive contracts for both direct and indirect spends, focusing on the renewable energy categories
2. Develop efficient regional Sourcing methodologies and Procurement Governance checklists to optimally support the success of new builts/new developments globally
3. Lead and improve MRO/EPC Category strategies by staying aligned with up-to-date procurement regulations and market trends, with the key objective to make happen effective Alternate Sourcing work flow where required
4. Streamline regional/ global supplier base by means of deep dive analysis and possible consolidation, with the key objective to make happen smooth SAP S4 HANA system implementation
5. Enable improvements in strategic supplier contracts negotiations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in end-to-end Procurement and Strategic Sourcing Management experience for EPC, MRO, Capex spend preferably in renewable energy, oil and gas or chemical industries environment
• Proven track record in acquired solution-oriented mind set to manage complex negotiations and contracts managements for multiple sites in Singapore and beyond
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to relay and/or drive process improvements across a global organization to important stakeholders
• Good understanding of GEP System and equivalent ERP system is highly preferred
