Responsibilities:

• Oversee both front and back-of-the-house restaurant operations to ensure seamless functioning.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction by promoting and maintaining excellent service standards.
• Handle customer complaints with tact and professionalism, aiming for swift resolutions.
• Maintain strict quality control standards for all food served to uphold customer satisfaction.
• Proactively forecast future needs for kitchen supplies, goods, and cleaning products, and place orders accordingly.
• Ensure full compliance with health codes and sanitation standards to guarantee a safe environment for customers and staff.
• Conduct thorough training sessions for new employees and provide ongoing training for existing staff to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor workstations to ensure they are well-maintained and fully staffed at all times.
