The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are listed as, but not limited to the following:

• Measure meal components accurately for section chef.
• Preparing meals by washing, peeling, and chopping fruits and vegetables and seasoning different kinds of meat
• Prepare, plating and presenting culinary items as directed by the section chef.
• Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items are received and are good quality.
• Taking inventory of supplies and notifying superiors when stock is low.
• Disposing of expired and spoiled food items stored in stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.
• Cleaning and ensuring that all the workstations are organized and properly sanitized.
• Perform daily and weekly tasks, such as temperature checks, food labeling and dating, and proper storage as per requirement.
• Identify and address any hazards or defects in the kitchen or equipment, and promptly report any issues to the section chef.
• Familiarize with the opening and closing procedures of the kitchen and perform them on a rotational basis.
• Adhere to the hotel's Food Safety and Health & Safety policies.
• Develop a thorough understanding of hygiene control and the chemicals used in the workplace.
• Attend all required training sessions.
• Maintain good working relationships with your own colleagues and all other departments.
• Any other adhoc duties as and when assigned by the Management.

• Ensure all food outlets are managed well by the respective team members.
• Reinforce with all outlet managers a flexible work force arrangement on multi-skilling and multi-tasking to ensure maximization of resource allocation.
• Analyze daily revenue and monitor upselling strategies and recommend innovative promotions to achieve profit.
• Create and execute marketing strategies, promotions, events to attract and retain patrons to optimize revenue and profits.

Requirements :

• Minimum a Diploma, Advance Diploma in F&B Services Management/Hospitality Management or equivalent
• At least with 5 years relevant experience in the hospitality field
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs such as MS Office, POS.
• Posses a certificate of FSMS will be an added advantage
• Results oriented and service-mindset

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team!

As a Business Analyst, we rely on you to:

• Work on business cases, business models and strategic plans and give analytical support to assist in key decision making for the organisation going forward.
• Assist to compile a trend analysis of monthly and yearly performance results of each business unit against budgets and submit a report of this analysis to the General Manager.
• Compile cost analysis of business operating cost, labour cost and put-up recommendation to counter shortfall.
• Collate and disseminate general information, internal database and market intelligence to provide a basic platform for Department Heads to use in the development of their business strategies and plans;
• Plan, develop, and direct overall research strategy and approach for any special projects and support respective department heads in the implementation process.
• Develop and maintain a high level of communication with all related departments on the strategies and business planning, and ensure detailed reports are compiled and distributed (as required) to those departments.

Talent Profile

• At least 1 year of working experience in either hotel operations or exposure in project management.
• Minimum business-related Degree from a good recognised institution with strong emphasis on either Hospitality Management or demonstrates strong emphasis in academic curriculum in the areas of Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or Real Estate.
• Exposure to Hotel Operations Analysis, Feasibility Studies and / or Market Research will have an added advantage.
• Competent in the use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word & Excel.
• Possess full understanding of the principles of budgeting, forecasting and performance trend analysis
