Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and review HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee talent acquisition, including job postings, interviewing, reference checks, and managing the onboarding process.
• Prepare employment-related documents like contracts, resignation acknowledgements, confirmation letters, and promotion letters.
• Assist with compensation and benefits administration, as well as learning and development initiatives.
• Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and manage the off-boarding process for employee retention insights.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and update the HR information system regularly.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related tasks using EPOL and WPOL platforms.
• Process insurance claims and manage related administrative duties.
• Ensure statutory compliance in CPF submissions, tax filings (IR8A, IR21), NSman claims, and government-paid leave.
• Handle the full spectrum of payroll activities, from monthly payroll computation to ad-hoc commissions and referral fee processing.
• Maintain training records and facilitate employee development programs.
• Organize meetings and company events.
• Procure and distribute office supplies, uniforms, and other essentials.

• Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field.
• At least 3 years of HR experience.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Unit4 Prosoft HRMS is a valuable asset.

• Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of monthly payroll processing and administration
• Support the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements and arranging interviews
• Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files
• Perform general HR administrative functions, such as processing work passes and preparing appointment/confirmation letters
• Manage all insurance matters (e.g., vehicle claims, hospital and work injury compensation)
• Manage company vehicle matters (e.g., road tax, insurance policies, etc.)
• Monitor office supply inventory and maintain appropriate stock levels
• Prepare and submit monthly reports, government survey returns, etc.
• Perform full spectrum of office administrative duties, including receptionist duties and mail/courier handling
• Assist in organizing office events

HR & Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support to HR department.
2. Handle tasks related to recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and employment contract preparation.
3. Manage relevant onboarding, probationary evaluation and exit procedures and activities.
4. Maintain accurate personnel records and other relevant documentation.
5. Process project-based staff monthly payroll and prepare payroll-related reports.
6. Manage leave administration and handle staff claims.
7. Support administrative tasks, such as office supplies procurement, travel arrangement, and facilities management.
8. Implement performance review processes, including contract renewal and annual evaluations.
9. Develop and maintain clear HR policies, ensure employees understand and adhere to these policies and able to handle employees’ inquiries.
10. Responsible for various internship programs from grant application, placement, onboarding to offboarding.
11. Organize Company Events and staff wellbeing activities.
12. Any other ad-hoc HR & Admin duties & projects delegated.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Higher Nitec in Business, HR or any other related fields
2. 1-2 years of relevant HR and administration experience
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
4. Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations
5. Meticulous with good interpersonal and communication skills
6. Able to work independently, multi-task efficiently and meet multiple deadlines
7. Demonstrate flexibility and a team-oriented approach

What you will be doing

• Responsible for the effective daily delivery of human resources and administration services;
• Propose and coordinate comprehensive organization-wide statutory training and initiatives for learning and development, including the training plan and budgets;
• Consolidate learning and development needs to bridge skills and service gaps, enhancement of knowledge and skills sets;
• Administer funding matters;
• Manage a full spectrum of learning and development functions;
• Update of organisation chart, job descriptions etc;
• Assist in staff engagement activities and internal communications;
• Effectively monitor, track, evaluate and report on the impact of learning (KPIs, behaviour change, qualitative feedback etc);
• Participate in HR-related projects and engagement initiatives;
• Support general HR-related office administration (i.e. staff uniforms, access cards, franking of postage mails, time attendance, photocopiers toner and meter readings checks, nametags, storages etc);
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

What we are looking for

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, with at least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience;
• IHRP certification is strongly preferred;
• Good communication skills to engage employees at different levels;
• Meticulous, excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
• Knowledge of Singapore employment, labour law and HR best practices;
• Team player and ability to maintain professional levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive matters;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
