• Oversee recruitment efforts for nurses, caregivers, administrative staff, and other healthcare professionals.

Employee Relations and Engagement

• Foster positive work relationships through open communication and trust.

• Address employee concerns and conflicts promptly.

• Execute engagement initiatives.

Performance Management

• Align performance metrics with organisation's strategic goals and objectives and conduct regular evaluations.

• Provide constructive feedback and implement improvement plans.

Compliance and Legal Requirements

• Stay informed about HSCA regulations specific to nursing homes in Singapore.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.

Personnel Administration

• Manage employee life cycles, including onboarding, offboarding, and contract renewals.

• Maintain accurate records and facilitate communication.

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent
• Candidate must possess at least 5 - 10 years of similar working experience in a mid to large-size organization with a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills
• Good interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Able to handle pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Team player who has initiative, strong multi-tasking ability; flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full recruitment process
• Responsible for passes application, renewal and cancellation.
• Arrange & prepare for new hires on-boarding and orientation.
• Maintain employees’ personal files/records.
• Monitor employees’ confirmation date and coordinate confirmation process.
• Assist in Performance and Salary Review process.
• Coordinate training programs according to Training Plan and maintain all training records.
• Arrange for air tickets and hotel accommodation for business trips and foreign new hires.
