About the role:

• Responsible for administrating the Employee Lifecycle Management and Employee Relations such as New Hire Orientation/onboarding matters, Employee Engagement, etc.
• Lead work pass management and recruitment process
• Monitoring and regular updates related to work pass quotas and migrant workers levy status Updating of all Medical schemes and processing of payments including MWOC
• Prepare HR-related letters and correspondences such as Certificate of Employment, Confirmation Letters, etc.
• Handle HR internal and external audits
• Actively engage with Operations and provide HR business partnership Any other duties as assigned

About you:

• Diploma / Degree holder in HRM or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' experience.
• Prior experience in Construction industry is an added advantage Resourceful, self-driven, and possessed a high degree of professional integrity
• Good interpersonal skills and works well in a team
• Strong knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Office

Job Description

Accounting:

• Manage complete sets of accounts, including accounts receivables, payables, and general ledger functions.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliation to ensure alignment between company book balance and bank statement.
• Prepare GST reports and contribute to month-end closing activities, including the preparation of balance sheet accounts.
• Facilitate the issuance and receipt of Purchase Orders.
• Communicate with banks regarding payment and receipt matters.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

HR:

• Provide support for daily HR operations and functions.
• Engage in recruitment and staff selection through relevant channels.
• Coordinate interviews with short-listed candidates.
• Establish personal files for onboarding staff and conduct HR orientation.
• Promptly address email inquiries from employees regarding HR procedures, rules, and policies.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll and CPF submission.
• Contribute to performance appraisal processes, conduct exit interviews, and handle staff clearance as needed.
• Manage insurance renewals and address claims matters.
• Handle Foreign Workers' Work Pass applications and renewals.
• Maintain accurate employee leave records in the HR system and filing system.
