Job Description

• Provide Human Resource (HR) services such as recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and training.
• Support the business in meeting staffing needs by providing recruitment and retention resources.
• Support the payroll team during payment computation.
• Support training administration, leave and uniform management.
• Work closely with the team and provide administrative support.
• Any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Human Resource or other equivalent.
• At least 1 year related experience.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and keen learning attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR functions, such as recruitment & selection, pass application, HR data update, training, HR Audit, performance appraisal
• Requirements to identify and execute effective recruitment strategies & HR initiatives, contribute to staff training & development
• Be a business partner to employee and line managers, such as information sharing, staff motivation

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business, Construction or related majors
• More than 2 years of experience in a similar role and experience in construction industry will be a plus
• Knowledge employment laws
• Willing to learn, enthusiastic, teamwork and problem solving is a must.
• 5 days work week

Job Duties:

• An integral role as a recruiter in fulfilling clients' staffing needs.

• Handle full spectrum of recruitment and talent acquisition matters

• Conduct Interviews/phone screening and select potential candidates to meet clients' requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver day to day HR operational transactions within service level agreement (SLAs)
• Maintain personnel records accurately in our SAP SuccessFactors HCM for ready reference
• Work with external vendor(s) and IT support teams to resolve HR system issues that could impact end-user experience, data integrity, or overall end-to-end system functionality
• Help in user acceptance testing for our HCM solutions enhancement when required
• Support and facilitate the transition of HR operational activities into the central/regional HR Shared Services

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• HR System support (MyHR, HRcube) and HR data reporting
• Support HR data transition to MyHR including maintain employee p-files
• Manage HR shared folder
• Support headcount and budget tracking
• Coding sheets
• Assist in the review and development of various HR policies and HR workflows
• Onboarding (new hire information on payroll file) and offboarding and letter preparation including but not limited to i.e resignation acknowledgement, employment certificate), account creation for temp staff
• Support and participate in HR and engagement initiative
• Assist in temp. recruitment activities including raising job postings, scheduling, sourcing of resumes and phone screenings
