• Much of a Recruitment Consultant work involve selling our services to potential clients, engaging them through cold, warm and hot calling.
• Performing preliminary screening such as interviewing, assessing, matching them with client vacancies.
• Will also handle succeeding processes such as scheduling, candidate preparation, job offer negotiation.
• Other day-to-day recruitment tasks such as job advertising, developing candidate pool, database management etc.

Position Requirements:

• GCE O level, Diploma in Business, Human Resource or similar field.
• Ideally with experience in Executive Search / Recruitment role.
• Preferably with comprehensive Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) as required by MOM.
• Sales driven and has strong passion talking and engaging with people via phone, email and face-to-face.
• PC knowledge on a user level (eg: MS Office, Internet, Email)
