Job Description

Job Capsule

Will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to members of the Human Resources Department and occasionally to Administrative Services as directed. Primary function of this position will be to maintain the workflow by assisting with the fulfilment of procedural requirements relative to proper documentation, filing, and follow-through. Documentation includes, but is not limited to, preparation of employment related correspondence, new hire and payroll documents, HRIS data entry, and related checksheets.
