Responsibilities:

• Assist in monthly Payroll

• Ordering office pantry & stationery

• Answering Incoming calls

• Keep employee record up to date

• Work pass management:application,renewal ,cancellation

• Monitor worker training expiry

• Responsible for online submission of IR8A/IR21

• Filling of HR documents

• Receive incoming mails and send outgoing mails

• Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing of candidates & interviewing

• Arranging business travels (flight,hotel etc)

• Processing of invoice, quotation, purchase order and delivery order to customers

• Prepare project contract(tender documents)

• Preparing of shipping documents

• Coordinate with freight forwaders for incoming/outgoing shipments

• Ensure on time delivery to customers,preparing commercial invoice to oversea supplier

• Any other HR functions as needed

- Fresh with relevant educational background can also apply

-Prior experience in HR operations and admin will be at advantage

Requirements

• Min 1 yr experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Compulsory: Words and Excel)
• Effective communication skills, in both English and Mandarin
• Efficiency and accuracy

• Responsible for full recruitment process.
• To source for potential candidates from various channels (e.g. social platforms, institutions and professional networks).
• To design and administer job posting.
• To establish and review Human Resource policies related to hiring.
• To study and justify the manpower request from various department.
• To prepare HR related reports require by internal stakeholders.
• To keep abreast of employment laws and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
• To analyze the turnover data and proposed improvement plan to reduce the labor turnover rate.
• To establish and drive the retention program.
• To perform any others ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management.
• Prefer at least 2 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Possesses strong collaboration, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills with ability to interact with people of all levels.
• A good team player who possesses drive, resourceful, initiative and ability to work independently.
• Resourceful, adaptable, well-organised and meticulous.

• Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software applications
• Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
• Experienced with Info-Tech HRIS will be added bonus
