The team in Singapore is currently looking for an IT Program Manager.
The candidate must have regional/global ERP implementation and process related project experience.
We are searching for an experienced program manager to steer our Client ERP Transformation journey from the pre-feasibility phase, to the business process streamlining phase, and finally the implementation.
The ideal candidate has a sharp business mind and proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural leader, this person has a strong talent for project coordination and delegation.
Objectives of this role
· Oversee overall ERP Transformation Program to its successful completion
· Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
· Manage and align expectations between stakeholders and vendors to achieve the objectives of the program
· Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, performance, and time.
· Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
Responsibilities
· Maintains strategic alignment between the Program/Project and the organisation
· Key interface with senior stakeholders including the Program/Project Sponsor
· Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget
· Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
· Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors.
· Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
· Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
· Analyze, evaluate, and overcome project risks, and produce project reports for stakeholders
· Primary role in communications, change leadership and engagement across the organisation
Required skills and qualifications.
· 8+ years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in project management
· Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
· Experience in regional based projects
· Working knowledge of digital transformation & ERP Implementation
· Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
· Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies (Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall), and best practices
· Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
· Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
