Job Requirements:

· Candidates should have (5-7) years of experience in Production Support of financial systems.

· Master degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

· Strong knowledge on KONDOR+ application for 3+ years or 3+ years of experience in IT Support for another Capital Markets applications

· Candidates should have ITIL certification/knowledge.

· Knowledge of major market regulatory body’s rules is an advantage

· Exposure to Capital Markets applications (E.g. Summit, Kondor+, Murex, Calypso…) is an advantage

· Should be able to do SLA & KPI management, Client communication & interaction

· Predictive analysis, consulting, escalation management

· Risk analysis and project execution

· Knowledge in Capital Market FO/BO environment is an advantage

· Strong knowledge in Configuration Management

· Strong knowledge in XML, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, MQ Series, CFT and Control-M.

• Must be CCNA certified, CCNP preferred
• Working knowledge plus at least a year’s experience in networking technologies like Structured Cabling, WAN, LAN, VPN, Network Security, Wireless, iBGP, eBGP, Routing Protocol, OSFP etc.
• Hands on experience in implementing, administering and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices, including cisco, Brocade routers, Dell enterprise and cisco switches, network firewall, IPS, SIEM, vulnerability assessment and monitoring tools (e.g. Cacti, MRTG, etc.) Experience in IPv6 and Data Centre operations an advantage
