• Provide assistance to Technical Supt to prepare for dry-docking repair specifications.
• Source and recommend suppliers for all purchases.
• Update of repair cost and schedule for repairs.
• Maintain and upkeep technical manuals, maintenance and inventory record, drawings, catalogues from makers and yards.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Certificate of Competency Class-5 with sailing experiences on tankers as Engineer is preferred.
• Minimum 3-4 years working experiences as Technical for tankers vessels in ship management company.
• Past marine or engineering experience will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge in vessel machinery, equipment and system an added advantage.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, WhatsApps and prioritize messages appropriately
• Draft and prepare official correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
• Assist Executive Director to track/remind HODs of important tasks and deadlines
• Ensure & assist effective corporate communications both internally (within Singapore office, within the group companies), and to support corporate on external communications
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes
• Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
• Provide other administrative support to other teams in the Company as directed by the ED.
• Responsible for administrative technical support including liaison with clients, vendor, procurement and other engineering functions for ED.
• Liaise with customer/vendors, procurements and engineering department for ED
• Undertake any other ad-hoc administrative technical support duties assigned by ED.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in business administration or relative field; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
• At least 3 years of proven experience as Technical Admin assistant, or in a similar administrative role in corporatene management.
• If you have experience working in a Marine Industries company is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficient in using MS Office, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good command & written communication skills in English and Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia is a plus - to liaise with multilingual associates
• Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities

1. Assist to the Engineering Manager to overview the engineering and design aspect upon confirmation of project. Based on Technical Agreement/ Specification, GA. Contract Requirement, and Scope of supply etc. via contract review to carry out design.
2. Co-ordinate with Engineering Manager, Purchasing Department and Production Department to generate drawings.
3. Preparing Drawing and submit for Approval; liaise with Customer/ Class on Technicality aspect to finalized on the design.
4. Based on Feedback/ Comments to prepare Working Plan incorporating all comments, and assist to Purchasing Department on the Material Requisition for Clarification of Approval.
5. Generate Test Protocol based on design output for the Commissioning Engineer and submit for approval. And prepare Instruction Manual and “Final Drawings” for Submission.
6. Carry out product inspection and in-charge of product quality conforming to Standard; issue Non-conformance Report for Irregularity and assist in Rectification.
7. Seek and improve performance of product/ equipment and production process.
8. Attend to site meeting and inspection to verify work carry out by production team and provide solution to solve difficult site problem.
9. Liaise with GM, Production Department for the range of standard product and detail design of all in house products.

REQUIREMENT

1. Degree in Marine Engineering of HVAC System/Equivalents.

2. At least Three (3) Years Related Experience in HVAC System.

3. Good Office Coordination Skill/Interpersonal Skill.

4. Independent and Resourceful.

5.Expert in Microsoft Office and Auto Cat Software.
