Job Description

• Manage the end-to-end security management for all facilities in Singapore and across the Asia Pacific region in minimizing risk within the supply chain services offered.

  Maintain an updated listing of all travellers (both Corporate and FCs) of the locations (including hotel locations)
  Develop and maintain travel emergency protocols
  Work with teams managing Group Travel for Agency or Corporate to ensure compliance to policy and that trips are properly risk assessed
  Manage and monitor all emergency incidents and report to Group Security and Resilience Team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in tourism, travel, hospitality, business or communications is preferred

Work Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of previous travel management or procurement experience
• Good understanding of the travel industry, procurement and supply chain
• Ability to influence purchasing decisions and effectively negotiate deals
• Ability to foster good working relationship with internal and external teams
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High integrity and ethics.

Personality Traits

• Ability to function in a past-faced environment and work independently, with limited supervision
• Ability to think strategically and tactically to ensure recommendations are appropriate and realistic
• Self-motivated, excellent project management, analytical and time management skills. Ability to prioritize a wide array of initiatives and has aptitude for innovation.

Competencies

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Data visualization skills e.g. Power BI is a plus

Duties & Responsibilities

• Communications strategy: Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy that includes public relations, social media, and content marketing to enhance brand awareness and engagement;
• Media relations: Manage media relations, including crafting press releases, pitching stories to media outlets, and building relationships with journalists and influencers;
• Social media strategy: Oversee the social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter;
• Content marketing: Lead content marketing efforts by planning, producing, and distributing valuable content (blogs, articles, videos) that attracts and engages our target audience;
• Cross-functional teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and cohesive messaging across all marketing channels;

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field;
• 4+ years of experience in PR, communications, or a similar role, with a proven track record of enhancing brand visibility and engagement;
• Strong media relations experience, with established contacts in the industry;
• Expertise in managing social media platforms and crafting engaging content that drives interaction;
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills;
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data and adjust strategies based on performance insights;
• Collaborative team player with the capability to work independently and lead projects to successful completion;
• Interest in the real estate sector is a plus.

Compensation
