Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations and ensure the efficient functioning of the project management system. This includes overseeing recruitment processes, conducting training sessions, monitoring project progress, and performing regular audits.
• Stay updated on Singaporean government policies and regulations. Responsible for outsourced HR tasks such as employee registration, payroll processing, permit applications, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
