As a Project Manager / System Analyst, you collect local business needs, you coordinate people and processes to deliver project(s) on time, within budget, with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives, ensuring they meet operational needs and strategic goals. Crews are supported by Chapters (System Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, …) and both Technical and M&C-C teams are fully dedicated to the delivery of SCOR products, services and support.

Under the operational responsibility of the APAC CIO, the primary responsibilities of the Project Manager / System Analyst are to design, test and ship software and systems, in the respect of existing policies and procedures that produce high-quality software products and services. Right from prototyping and designing functional code and testing, you take ownership of the software until it is handed over to the end users. Ensure level 1/ level 2 local support to maintain a high level of IT system Quality of service on SCOR global applications used locally in APAC.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Support discussions with APAC stakeholders to understand business needs and user requirements, across various departments.

Required experience & competencies

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a project manager and business analyst.
• Master degree in Computer Science or related field required
• Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of system/software development projects and system analysis in a structured environment.
• Understand/exposed to a variety of software development approaches and methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
• Experience in both architecture and implementation-level software design.
• Good academic track record in relevant fields (Computing, process-engineering or engineering) – or equivalent courses that exhibits training in logical and process-oriented thinking.
