This role will focus on identifying and securing new business from the ground up. • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing and assessment to offer negotiation and onboarding, in the Korea market, covering domestic hiring, bringing overseas talent to Korea, and Korea-headquartered companies' global hiring.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions in the Korea market.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes catered to the Korea market.

Qualifications:

• A minimum bachelor's degree in business, management, or a similar field.
• 15 or more years of proven consultative sales including Korea in-market onshore experience, with a strong coverage of Korean companies.
• A strong network of local contacts in the Korean Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas or related industries.
• The track record of prospecting and managing Korean C-level and senior-level relationships with clients across mid-to-large enterprises and start-ups.
• Experience gained at MNC building excellent client relationships, offering value-added services, and providing insightful and strategic vision for the clients.
• Bilingual in English and Korean for market coverage.
