Job Overview
Manage the process of designing and launching clinical research studies; manage activities of the Sponsor/Clinical Research Organization (CRO); lead colleagues in the design and organization of project components during Start-Up; develop and maintain best practices within the organization; Accountability and ownership for the quality of all start-up work and sponsor deliverables.

Essential Functions
• Develop the database design requirements which include configuration definition for full protocols, protocol amendments and sponsor study changes

Key responsibilities

• As an Engagement Manager, you are responsible for delivery of one of our digital engagements in Singapore
• You will be responsible to monitor and deliver programs as per SOW/contract and meet the defined financial and business KPIs of the contract
• Track all contractual obligations and ensure that these are met including the Capgemini internal obligations (Audits, Timesheets, Invoicing, etc.)
• Identify, manage and resolve project risks and issues at both strategic and tactical level and create visibility and reporting for these at the Business Unit level.
• Oversees the allocation and availability of Capgemini resources to progress the project to the conclusion and works closely with SL leaders to achieve the most optimal availability of skills and capacity
• Interact and coordinate closely with the key stakeholders from the client team.
• Responsible for client engagement; building relationships with key client contacts and growing Capgemini share/volume of business within the account
• Attend steerco meetings
• Responsible to plan and conduct quality reviews to achieve significant coverage across the portfolio in every year of operation

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of Transformation/Program Management experience ideally delivering custom solution or digital transformation programs
• Proven experience managing large scale programs within public sector is highly preferred
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good problem solving skills should be assertive and able to influence

Project Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Project Manager located in Singapore. The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall design, delivery and management of training programs and initiatives for AKC’s suite of courses. The Manager will also manage trainers and course developers, and work closely with other departments and business partners to ensure the overall consistency and effectiveness of programs for all AKC learners.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the Project Manager encompass the following:

• Manage the end-to-end development and implementation of existing and new AKC training programs within targeted performance, cost and schedules.
• Manage relationships with accreditation bodies & external training partners to ensure robust delivery of training programs, including provision of updates and fault rectification.
• Manage trainers, developers and subject-matter experts to curate new training programs for learners and rectify programs.
