• Main commercial support PIC in Decomm Project team
• Manage the Decomm application financial budgeting, forecast and tracking against target
• Support Partnership and Contract GM and Head of SE/Ops in managing the contract renewal process of all items
• Manage the Planview Decomm Dashboard to provide updated financials against target set that will be used for monthly Project Bolt discussions

• Support PMO team with integration phase of project
• Coordinate meetings / workshops, capture meeting minutes and upload to respective place
• Follow up with business / key stakeholders on data requirements and upload to respective place

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor Degree in any relevant discipline
• Prior Experience in Project Operations and Tracking will be advantageous

Responsibilities:

 To work with external and internal stakeholders to develop and implement the detailed plans for migration of CMPB website from NS Portal WCMS to Govtech Content Website Platform 2.0. Said detailed plans include but not limited to the following:

o Project Implementation Plan

o Testing Plan

o Cutover Plan

o Change Management Plan

o O&S Maintenance Plan

 To work with internal and external stakeholders to review and implement website design approach seeking a consistent and unified user experience across MINDEF’s websites.

 To maintain current CMPB website including drafting and copywriting of materials to be published unto website.

 To manage contracts relating to maintenance, migration and enhancement of CMPB website.

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal skills and proven capability to coordinate issues amongst various stakeholders

 Prior experience in website development and/or project management is preferred.

 Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Arts, Design and Media, or Communications or Design or IT or relevant field is preferred. Salary ranges from $4,000 to $ 4,500 depending on qualifications and relevant working experience.

Job Description – Project Manager

Responsibilities

- To be responsible for the smooth completion of the assigned project, in terms of both administrative and operational aspects

- To attend site meetings with the Main-Contractor and/or Sub-Contractor(s) whenever necessary with regards to any site issues, and to update our own construction team

- To make sure site work progress follows the Schedule given by the Main-Contractor

- To work closely with main-office staff to prepare monthly Progress Claims, Payment Certificates, or the like.

- Prepare Minutes of Meetings for all joint meetings held with Main-Contractors, Sub-Contractors, or site personnel.

- To advise both Main-Contractor and Sub-Contractor personnel on technical knowledge pertaining to site works (E.g. Reference lines, datum lines, etc).

- To study shop-drawings and make sure the project team has the latest set

- To manage and review Sub-Contractor(s) and their monthly performance.

- To prepare Method of Statement as and when necessary, for specific works.

- To manage and account for all materials & equipment delivered to site

- To prepare and manage worker Organizational Chart for both the Company’s workers and Supply Worker alike.

- To prepare and manage site Tools List. Any material or tools left on site premises must be accounted for at all times.

- To manage workers’ time cards. Must make sure workers, especially supply workers, do not work unnecessary overtime. Any overtime works must be first approved by the Managing Director before commencement.

- To prepare and manage the site tools sign-in/out list.

- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Managing Director.

Requirements

- Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering or similar course

- Has at least 5 years of experience in Singapore in the related field

- Has experience working for LTA projects / high-rise buildings
