Job Description:

• In line with MEO Group’s business strategy to build up and expand into the renewables sector, to identify and secure profitable charters and business opportunities in the renewables market such as Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Philippines, Vietnam, China, Australia and any other such markets in Asia-Pacific region to achieve high commercial coverage and increasing year on year backlog for EHBU Renewables business
• Ensure BU receivables < 3 months’ revenue
• Ensure 100% compliance and on time delivery with all commercial function policies and processes

- Develop & maintain updated map of client universe for all identified renewables markets in EHBU

- Develop & maintain organisational charts identifying key “buyers”, “users” and “influencers” for high priority clients in renewables markets

- Log all visit reports and opportunities in Poseidon or such other marketing tools

- Plan and submit Client visit schedule for the identified renewables markets in EHBU

- Respond to all enquiries within 24 hours and submit all proposals/tenders within client deadline or by date promised or agreed with the client

- Track open bids or proposals submitted and ensure timely follow up action with Clients until award outcome

• Represent Company to attend industry events associated with the renewables markets to promote our services
• Provide reporting or updates in Monthly Management Review meeting to Senior Management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years relevant commercial and BD experience in the offshore industry with preference for some experience in the renewables markets

The Information Technology Business Partner will work closely with AI engineers to maximize their productivity, creativity, and collaboration. ○ Promote effective collaboration within the AI team and with other departments, such as product development and data analysis.

• Performance Monitoring:

• Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

● 10+ years of experience in AI engineering, with a focus on model development and deployment.

● Proven experience in coaching or mentoring technical teams, particularly senior-level engineers.

● Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, tools, and frameworks.

The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Analyst, to join our Group Technology team on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the IT Program Director, the primary purpose of this position is to work closely with the business and other stakeholders in defining scope and requirements, refining business processes, and designing functional aspects of solutions in alignment with business needs.

Key accountabilities include:

Business Analysis

• Cross-functional stakeholder engagement and relationship building with all levels of the organisation including the leadership team and function directors
• Understanding and modelling of business processes, including identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Defining project scope and gathering, validation and documentation of business requirements
• Proposal of solutions that satisfy the business requirements, considering issues, risks, benefits and business impacts
• Leading the Business Analysis capability at iNova to support all functions
• Adherence to project governance including establishing specific project and operational processes, plans, standards and documentation for all functions where required

Computer System Validation

• Apply the Computer System Validation operating model and documents templates to all applicable systems (~12)
• Deliver validation plans and the defined documents for new in-scope projects
• Maintain and update documents for established systems, either during enhancement delivery, major version upgrades, or periodic reviews
• Conduct audits for suppliers of key systems

Other Activities

• While the above items will fill 60-80% of the role, there will be items of an ad hoc nature that require the support of a Senior Business Analyst. These may include major project management/support or operational initiatives with limited to no direction from the manager
• Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to colleagues throughout the organisation, including up to Director level

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess a recognised university degree and/or Masters/MBA qualification with a minimum of 8 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.

• Manage and execute project in cost effective, on time delivery with quality standards to meets client expectations;

Job Description:

Programme Support

• Assist in overseeing the operations of a smoking/vaping cessation virtual counselling pilot programme for youths aged 13-16.
• Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders including schools and counsellors to ensure smooth execution of pilot programme.
• Handling the logistical aspects of the virtual counselling sessions to ensure that all necessary materials and resources are available for both counsellors and students.
• Communicate with counsellors and provide them with necessary information and support.
• Compile data for programme evaluation and reporting.
• Participate in pilot project development as part of the team
• Support additional tasking or coordination related to the programme during the contract period

Others / Adhoc Duties

• You may be assigned to other adhoc duties by the department. This may include supporting other administrative work.
