MAIN PURPOSE
As IT Infrastructure Project Manager, this role will lead a 1-year tenant-to-tenant migration and cloud transition initiative across all APAC markets. He will be expected to define project scope, oversee seamless transitions, and ensure adherence to industry standards. The IT Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project progress, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

- Lead and project manage the standardization and alignment project for tenant-to-tenant migration across multiple markets in the region.
- Oversee the seamless transition of on-premise servers to cloud infrastructure, ensuring a smooth and efficient migration process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and develop comprehensive project plans.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables to align with organizational objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines.
- Implement and adhere to best practices and industry standards for IT infrastructure projects.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide detailed reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage project budget, resources, and timelines effectively.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies during migration activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, specifically in infrastructure projects.
- Strong background in managing tenant-to-tenant migration and cloud server migration projects.
- Excellent understanding of cloud technologies, with hands-on experience in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in the standardization of IT processes is a plus.
