As a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting and guiding our HR strategy, directly impacting the success of our company. Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day HR functions and activities for the brands.
- Sourcing, interviewing arrangement, reference check, job offer, onboarding new employees and offboarding process.
- Work closely with the Brand leads and advise them on HR-related matters. This could include employee relations, employee development, conflict resolution etc.
- Assessing and improving HR workflows, policies, and procedures helps ensure the HR department operates efficiently and aligns with the company's goals.
- Assist the Brand Leads in facilitating the performance reviews and managing the performance management process.
- Organizing and coordinating external training programs for employees. This could involve identifying training needs, selecting appropriate programs or providers, and monitoring the effectiveness of training.
- Team Building: Act as an internal consultant in playing a key role in building a cohesive and high-performing workforce. This may involve organising team-building activities and helping to improve overall teamwork.
- Driving Culture Change: Creating a positive and productive work environment, implementing best practices in talent management and development, and encouraging a culture of continuous improvement.
- Other duties assigned by the Head of Human Resources on other HR-related matters, initiatives or projects.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related fields
- At least 2 years of relevant experience preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or service industry
- Able to start working immediately is a plus.
- Experience with Infotech (HRIS) is an added advantage.
