The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the operations platform designed to enhance card payment success rates. Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision:
Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the operations platform focused on improving card payment success rates.
Align product goals with the overall objectives of the company's payment solutions.
Data Analysis:
Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for optimizing card payment processes.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and prioritize product features and enhancements.
Algorithm Understanding & Optimization:
Develop an in-depth understanding of the platform’s algorithms and how they impact payment success rates.
Integrate human feedback to continuously refine and enhance the platform’s algorithms.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy the platform.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Project Management:
Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
Oversee product development sprints, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of features and updates.
Performance Monitoring:
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the operations platform.
Continuously track platform performance and implement data-driven improvements.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks associated with the platform and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
Key Requirement:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of product management experience, with a focus on operations and data analysis.
Proven experience in card payment processing is essential.
Experience with machine learning technologies is a plus.
