Location: Singapore
We are looking for an IT Product Manager, who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (eg. business, marketing, computer science, etc).
- MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus.
- With 5-10 years of expertise in product design, development, and management, including 3-5 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Successful delivery of Products is mandatory .
- Experience in product/service owner role for defining service description, service costing, service scoping, and finance management.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies (eg. Agile, Scrum, etc) and product lifecycle.
- Good understanding of digital infrastructure and architecture, integration and underlying technological concepts, business drivers and emerging trend.
- Outstanding negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytic skill and can work effectively under stress.
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and drive results.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task efficiently.
- May require to travel overseas for short duration (only if required).
Roles and Responsibilities:
Product Portfolio Strategy:
- Lead the growth and expansion of ITT Overseas APAC products across the regional market.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product portfolio strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Drive the digital transformation strategy with project to product (P2P) initiative and transform existing ITT Overseas service to product oriented model(s).
- Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to guide product portfolio decisions.
- Define standard, template, process and guideline for product lifecycle
Product Development:
- Collaborate with the cross-functional team to map out the products' strategic goals, priorities, and plans.
- Formulate brand strategies for the product range, including market penetration strategies and competitive intelligence analysis, and provide timely responses to stakeholders.
- Conduct business development assessments, including identifying product opportunities and forecasting, to drive product growth and expansion.
- Develop and implement new product (and/or existing product) pipeline strategies, including pre-launch and launch strategies, post-launch initiatives for sustainable growth, product enhancement and innovation.
- Ensure product and services development of partner(s) products/services meet the usability from markets perspective
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for products, including revenue forecasts, cost projections, and expense tracking.
- Determine pricing strategies that balance the revenue and expenses while considering market requirements.
- Analyze product costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Conduct financial analysis of product performance, including revenue, breakeven and areas for financial improvement.
- Generate regular financial reports or dashboards to provide financial insights and recommendations to guide product strategy, including new product development, expansion and discontinuation.
- Identify and assess financial risks related to products, inform management and recommend strategies for mitigation.
Cross Function Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with individual teams, including product owner, service provider, ITx customers and other stakeholder to ensure alignment between business strategy, product development and execution.
- Facilitates and supports communication within the product team and stakeholder of the products.
- Manage senior management expectations and communicate product updates and milestones effectively.

- Commitment to and creating a corporate culture based on integrity with focus on compliance in the relevant business processes.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Company
