Overview:
Singapura Chambers of Secrets is offering an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about the F&B industry to join our team as Management Trainees. This entry-level position is perfect for those looking to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, kitchen support, inventory management, and more. As a Management Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your skills and grow within our organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service
· Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
· Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.
2. Floor Operations:
· Assist with table setup, bussing, and ensuring cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
· Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
3. Kitchen Support:
· Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and plating dishes.
· Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area.
4. Inventory Management:
· Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and maintaining stock levels.
· Help in receiving, storing, and rotating food and beverage supplies.
5. Cleaning and Maintenance:
· Perform routine cleaning tasks, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and maintaining equipment.
· Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the management team promptly.
6. Training and Development:
· Participate in training sessions to learn about restaurant policies, procedures, and standards.
· Seek feedback from supervisors and peers to continuously improve performance and skills.
7. Team Collaboration:
· Work closely with colleagues across different departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
· Foster a positive and supportive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
Requirements:
· Passion for the F&B industry and a desire to learn and grow within the field.
· Strong work ethic and willingness to perform various tasks, including manual labour and customer-facing responsibilities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
· At least 3+ years of experience is necessary (comprehensive training will be provided).
