ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assist in voyage-based allocation for areas and control, manage pricing and space allocations with the aim to improve utilization and Trade performance.

· Accurate and timely update of fixed charges and optimize the utilization to ensure profitability of the services.

• Assist in coordinating with partners on operational processes.
• Assist in preparing of the monthly and weekly volume and revenue reports.
• Assist in analysing the feasibility of new services, organize and implement the opening plan.
• Analysis project progression, project escalations as required, and ensuring business partners engagement.

· Analyze market trends, freight rates, and competitor activities.

· Assist in performance of the assigned locations in term of volume, revenue and margin for both inbound & outbound.

· Coordinate partners and relevant departments of our party to deal with disagreements and/or disputes etc in the course of service cooperation.

• Other duties/ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

· Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Business or related field equivalent with 4 years working experience.

· Computer savvy with excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Microsoft Excel).

· Team player with strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.

· Outgoing personality, assertive and ability to work under tight deadlines.

· Good organizational, time management skills and stress tolerance with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Effectively bilingual in both English and Mandarin (as the position needs to frequently communicate with English/Chinese speaking associates verbally/ in writing whenever appropriate.

· Possesses a valid right to work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

1. Appointment Planning and Management

• Plan and manage appointments for water purifier installation and service maintenance.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule installations and maintenance services efficiently.

• Answer customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Manage customer feedback and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.

3. Inventory Management

• Assist in tracking stock levels regularly to ensure adequate inventory.
• Order necessary supplies and equipment to maintain optimal inventory levels.

4. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with admin assistants to ensure smooth operation and closure of team tasks.
• Support the team in administrative tasks and ensure compliance with company policies.

5. On-Site Assistance

• Assist on-site with the installation and maintenance of water purifiers.
• Ensure installations and maintenance services are carried out according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues during installations and maintenance.

6. Roadshow Support

• Assist in the setup and tear down of roadshows and promotional events.
• Ensure all equipment and promotional materials are transported and set up correctly.
• Provide support during roadshows to promote products and services effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic technical knowledge related to water purifiers or similar products.
