Reporting

Responsibilities:

• Handle the full spectrum of Accounts Payable-related matters
• Verify vendor invoices & claims submitted by staff
• Data entry and processing of vendor invoices and staff claims
• Process cheque & GIRO payment
• Reconcile Vendor’s statement of account
• Assist in generating monthly AR billing
• Follow up on, collect, and update payment

Requirements:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and post invoices
• Reconcile fee deposited and transacted in ERP system against bank statement
• Verify posting of donation entries in ERP system against bank statement
• Process and update GIRO Application
• Coordinate with clerical officers and shared service team to ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting entries relating to AR transactions
• Generate report and email clerical officers
• Reconcile headcounts against invoices generated by clerical officers
• Prepare and upload into bank system
• Upload successful records into ERP system
• Apply customer deposit for transport subsidy
• Prepare and update audit schedule for Accounts Receivables
• Generate and send AR Ageing reports to departments
• Analyse and follow up with HODs on long outstanding bills
• Follow up with grant providers on grant receivables
• Assist in auditors' queries related to accounts receivables

Position Responsibilities:

• Will be part of the Accounting Department, will handle accounts receivables processing - support the Accounting department in other operational duties.
• May be assigned administrative functions from time to time.

Position Requirements:

• Atleast Diploma level in Accounting, Business or related field.

Duties

• Generate Inpatient billings.
• Submit MediShield claims via CPF portal.
• Update Oracle Collection module on MediShield payout.
• Submit Medisave claims via CPF portal.
• Update Oracle Collection module on CPF Medisave payout.
• Write to NOK to settle any outstanding amounts not covered by MediShield Life and Medisave.
• Issue receipts for all modes of settlement and deposit cash/cheque.
• Check all visit logs entered by homecare doctors and nurses to ensure accuracy.
• Liaise with homecare doctors and nurses for amendments, if any, of visit logs wrongly updated previously.
• Monthly review of homecare subsidies for both new and existing homecare patients to ensure that they are accurately updated in the system by homecare admin.
• Quarterly upload/submission to MOH via ILTC portal for homecare subvention claims.
• Quarterly submission to AIC for claims on consumables and assistive devices for homecare patients.
• Undertake to keep oneself well informed of the updated industry guidelines and develop new skills that are necessary for the job.

• Prior experience in accounts receivable is required
• Understanding of patient subsidy scheme is an added advantage
