Job Purpose

Job Responsibilities

About this role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to join our Shared Service Team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our accounting processes. The Senior Accounts Executive will be responsible for the daily finance operations, financial reporting, and collaborative stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Transaction Processing:

• Responsible for the end-to-end process of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.

Reconciliation and Reporting:

• Conduct regular reconciliations of financial data and resolve any discrepancies.
• Timely preparation of Financial statements with supporting schedules.

Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and implement necessary adjustments.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the shared service team.
• Work collaboratively with team members to implement efficiency-enhancing initiatives.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial queries and provide support.
• Work closely with external auditors during periodic audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally from FMCG or wholesale trading industries
• Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards, Corporate Tax, and GST.
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications (Microsoft Business Central)

Job Responsibilities:

Prepares monthly accounting records and financial reports, including Income Statement and Balance Sheet.

Assist with monthly subsidiary reporting matters.

Assist with group consolidation matters.

Monthly reconciliation of Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and Bank balances.

Review financial reports for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to reporting and procedural standards.

Coordinate with auditors and service providers on statutory reporting matters.

Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma /Degree in Accountancy/ACCA with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.

Possess good working attitude that includes initiative and willingness to learn.

Able to work independently and meticulously with minimum supervision.

A team player with good communication and analytical skills.

Good knowledge and experience in QuickBooks is preferred.

Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, quality geriatric and neurological occupational therapy or physiotherapy
• Create, plan and implement individual treatment programmes for patients
• Ensure quality in practices and services rendered
• Participate in patients’ case consultations and meetings
• Opportunities to participate in clinical research and projects
• Supervise therapy aides and provide in-service education for staff, caregivers and students on clinical attachments

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy (recognised by Allied Health Professions Council)
• Holding a full- registration with AHPC
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess good clinical knowledge
• Those with relevant years of experience may be considered for a senior position

Working hours:

Monday to Thursday - 8:30am to 5:45pm

Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm

One Saturday (every 4 weeks) - 8:30am to 12:30pm

Working Location: West
