Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break

Job Scope:

1. To provide assistance to students in the usage of their Personal Learning Device (Apple iPad), including duties such as:

• managing students’ and staff devices via Apple School Manager
• assist in monitoring students’ iPad and manage associated settings on the Device Management Application (Mobile Guardian for iOS)
• provide technical support to students’, including logging service requests with the service provider.

2. To assist in media production for school events and/or external school activities, including duties such as:

• photo-taking and video-taking using school-owned equipment.
• create videos and photo-montages using iMovie, Photoshop or equivalent software.
• setting up and managing associated equipment for live-streaming or online broadcasts/meetings.

3. To work with the ICT Technical Team:

• on the preparation and troubleshooting of ICT equipment in classrooms, computer labs, broadcasting room and other special rooms.
• assist in managing and tracking of school’s ICT/AV equipment and resources (e.g., iPads, Macbooks, cameras, printers, microphones, etc.) with up-to-date documentation.

4. To assist in MOE initiated rollouts and projects.

5. Any duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirement:

a. Diploma in Information Technology, Computing, Media Production or any other relevant certification.

b. Minimum of one year of working experience in managing ICT systems, equipment and media production. Experience in school-related environment is preferred.

c. Competent and well-versed in:

• Managing iOS devices using Apple School Manager and Mobile Guardian
• Photo-taking and videography using DSLRs and standalone camcorders.
• Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and/or other related image & video editing products.

iv. Broadcasting software such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and other relevant video-conferencing platforms.

d. Good interpersonal, communication and team player with a high level of initiative.

e. Able to work independently on multiple projects at a time

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Purchasing Senior Executive embraces a wide range of responsibilities as follow:

1. To source, plan, negotiate, purchase and ensure timely delivery of Plant feedstock and packaging materials.
2. All Logistics Cost (Both import and export) Negotiation and Dissemination.
3. Procurement of all HSE related Purchases and Waste Management Services plus provide a suppository role on their Cost and Contract Negotiation.
4. Month End Closing Operation
5. To provide a supportive role in terms of Purchase Administration, delivery control and Documentations.
6. Any added-on responsibilities or duties including Intercompany Company Trades, administrative to write off/back, filing and data updates, delivery control and Control and Updates of Quality Manuals and Purchasing Documentations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

Feedstocks

· Sourcing, Procurement and Ordering of Feedstock to the Plant, packaging materials and Logistics and Shipping Service.

· Creation and management and review of purchase plan for the Plant and Packaging Materials.

· Import Clearance and Delivery Control

· Contract & Quotes Negotiation with Suppliers and 3PLs.

· Responsible for New Suppliers Qualification and Existing Supplier’s Performance Evaluation

Logistics Cost

• Send out RFQ to Logistics Services Provider
• Dispatch information to fellow Logistics Team members.
• Performance Evaluation of 3PL

Overall Purchasing

• Perform Month End Closing Operation
• Creation and updating of Month End Report
• Price Trend Monitoring and update
• Provide support in HY and FY Budgeting
• Filing and other administrative Duties
• Other Miscellaneous Task

Other Logistics Related Support

• Project Management which involves overall logistics scheduling, coordination, documentation and Tracking.
• Provide a supporting role in HY and FY Budgeting
• To back-up other logistics members as and when necessary

REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain and Logistics Operations or its equivalent
• At least 3 year(s) of relevant working experience. Experience in Petrochemical or Chemical Plants Procurement preferred.
• English Communication skills – written and verbal
• Proficient in MS Office including Ms Words, Excel (preferably advance) , PPT, and other applications
• Details Oriented
• Skilled in SAP/ERP SD and MM modules
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Details Orientated
• Strong Multi-tasker
• Fluency in English both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
