Reporting to Senior Manager Revenue and working closely with Business Units, the Revenue Analyst plays an integral role in Finance Division in ensuring timely revenue recognition and billing to customers, analyse as well as continuous improvements in portfolio under his/her care align with company-wide continuous improvement initiatives and Finance Division roadmap.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for billing promptness and work closely with Business Units for revenue recognition, accuracy in billing data and billing completeness

2. Administration of customer contracts to ensure billing accuracy and completeness

3. Perform analysis on revenue and unbilled receivables trending

4. Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial closing on billing related activities

5. Lead a team of 6-8 members to carry out billing functions

6. Liaise with internal and external auditors

7. Drive improvements and projects that align with company-wide improvement initiatives and Finance Division roadmap, especially on billing related initiatives/system

Requirements

1. CA/CPA with degree in Accountancy or equivalent preferred

2. Minimum 2 years of accounting/auditing experience

3. Knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 FICO modules or SAP S/4HANA will be an advantage

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

5. Strong sense of internal control and a keen eye for process improvements

Billing Analyst

Role Purpose

We are seeking a Billing Analyst to join our team in Singapore. Reporting to Head of Finance, you will predominantly be responsible for customer billing and invoicing as the main point of contact. You will play a key role in analysing billing and operational data, optimising billing processes and implementing new billing systems.

Your Tasks

1. Billing Management

• Prepare, review, and send invoices to clients/customers accurately and timely.
• Manage billing cycles, ensuring all data is captured accurately and deadlines are met.

• Maintain detailed documentation of billing procedures, data processing workflows, and financial records, ensuring adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and legal regulations.

Your Profile

• A minimum of a diploma in Accounting or Finance, or other highly analytical field is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in billing will be an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., macros, complex formulas, PivotTables, data validation).
• Strong experience with database tools such as SQL, MS Access, or similar database management systems.

Job overview and responsibilities

This position leads and participates in development of revenue management enhancements and process improvements to optimize the $1.53 billion of annual cargo revenues through pricing, capacity, or revenue management actions. Role & Responsibilities

• Thorough review of submissions and analysis, accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll of more than one thousand employees in accordance with company policies and local regulatory standards
• Accurate and timely filing and payment of statutory CPF to CPFB
• Submission of employees' IR21 & NS Claims in a timely manner
• Payroll/tax/government grant related journal entries and accruals
• Annual employee stock / income tax filings
• Internal and external audits for payroll related accounts
• Manage government grants
• Assist in implementation of improvements/enhancements, including working independently with all stakeholders, and achieve high levels of efficiency, accuracy and compliance

Qualifications

• Relevant Diploma/Degree qualification
• At least 3 years of proven payroll experience in a large organisation
• Experience in Timesoft Payroll Module is a plus
• Excellent in Excel

Responsibilities

1. Involved in full spectrum on bi-monthly payroll process for staff strength of 500 headcount by using Timesoft payroll software via bank GIRO transfer.
2. Ensure all monthly or ad-hoc payments and deductions are correctly updated into the payroll system.
3. Submit NS make-up claims, handle annual IRAS Auto-Inclusion Scheme exercise, preparation & submission of income tax clearance (IR21) for foreign employees leaving company, monthly CPF submission, other government leave claims such as Childcare/Maternity/Paternity and course funds from e2i.
4. Process manual payroll computation for monthly intern/new hire/resigned staffs.
5. Prepare payroll GL report for mid & end closing for management’s review/approval.
6. Process reimbursement claim for staffs’ expense (Such as: Petty cash, Medical/dental, cab claim per diem and other expenses)
7. Handle payroll audit and liaison with internal and external auditors.
8. Maintain knowledge of and complies with all payroll policies and procedures
9. Co-ordination with HR on staff issues and enquiries on payroll related matters.
10. Monitor payroll deadlines and ensure timely delivery.
11. Support other HR related matter from time to time and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. At least 4 years of relevant experience with a degree or its equivalent.
