•  Preparing Directors/Shareholders resolutions, Extraordinary / Annual General Meetings Minutes, relevant statutory forms and other related documents for on-going corporate secretarial matters.
•  Provide advice on compliance requirements, corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters
•  Ensure that secretarial files and statutory records are properly updated and maintained
•  Performing Onboarding / Ongoing Due Diligence Check on new and existing clients
•  Liaise with statutory bodies, banks and other third-party business partners as and when required
•  Handle work pass application for clients’ expatriate staff
•  Review/Prepare financial statements in XBRL format.
•  Any other corporate and ad-hoc jobs as required

Requirements

•  Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualification / compliance background would be an advantage.
•  A meticulous, organized and proactive individual who is able to work independently.
•  Multi-task and work under tight timelines.
•  At least 2 years’ relevant corporate secretarial experience is required

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of invoices/claims processing of assigned institution(s) to ensure that the team meets the stipulated timeline.
• Review journals for reclassification, adjustments and recurring transactions within institutions’ timeline.
• Submit accruals for unprocessed invoices, payment requests and reimbursement claims at month-end.
• Follow up on reconciling items and long outstanding items for early resolution, and disputes invoices with relevant parties.
• Ensure follow up actions are taken to clear long outstanding debit and credit balances.
• Assume a leading role in department projects.
• Supervise, train and manage staff including setting of KPIs and conducting regular feedback sessions.
• Review work processes to promote efficiency and strengthen internal control procedures.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Accounts Payable function and overseeing an accounts team in a supervisory or managerial capacity
• Experience in SAP is preferred

Outreach

Plan, execute and evaluate outreach programs for the community ( e.g. mental health outreach, preventive and developmental programmes/workshops in schools and the community etc)

Case Management

1. Conduct mental health screening, risk and needs assessments by taking into account the integration of a range of information, which includes appropriate administration of mental health assessment tools and other relevant frameworks
2. Create, implement and review case plans which are reflective of proper case assessment/ conceptualization and intervention
3. Conduct Basic Emotional Support for clients.

Groupwork

1. Plan and facilitate group interventions independently, which includes facilitating case conferences with significant others and relevant partners.
2. Evaluate and review group interventions for the improvement of programme/s

Professional Practice

1. Demonstrate professional practice and role in accordance to the organization's vision, mission and best practice standards of the sector, which include ethical, reflexive and collaborative practice
