• At least 3-5 years’ experience in country pricing or regional tender team in a sizeable international freight forwarder, experience in airfreight / ocean freight operation, customer service, sales support would be highly preferrable

Job Descriptions

· Support project requirements through the aid of the BIM-Lead’s Instruction.

· Support project modelling requirements for the project and ensure timely deliveries of the outcome.

· Ensure corporate BIM Standards are consistently met in adherence to BIM Content and Maintenance

· Generate documentation and shop drawings directly from the BIM Model.

· To be involved in design, coordination, and liaise with project engineers for drawing submission to the client.

· To contribute and participate in design activities that are both timely and cost-effective and in accordance with the client’s specifications and statutory regulations.

Requirement

· Degree/ Diploma in Architecture/ Engineering/ Construction

· Familiar with code requirements and BIM submission standards

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Managed investments for single family office

· Research various fund structures and alternative investments

· Prepare market and monthly performance reports for investors

· Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on investment opportunities and prepare investment reports for decision-making purposes

· Perform due diligence, lead investments negotiations, and coordinate legal aspects

· Review business performance, recommend changes to the existing investment portfolios

REQUIREMENT:

· MAS Representative would be highly advantageous

· Master's/Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or similar), with CFA preferred
