Responsible for the project quality and safety plan

· Monitoring the sub-contractor schedules

· Ensure company ISO and OHSAS requirements are fully implemented on projects

Reporting to the Director of Mosaic Academy on administration and operational matters, this role is a dedicated to working closely with the team at Mosaic Play Academy to run the daily operations of the academy, be involved with parental engagement, and manage delivery and quality of the programmes on a day-to-day basis.

Operations Management:

• Oversee daily operations of the academy including monitoring and managing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with operational requirements.
