Job Purpose:
- Perform and Support SPC’s commercial activities
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily Cash management
- Preparation & Review of Annual Budget
- Periodical reporting to MOL / Shareholders
- Cash Flow management and forecast
- Actual vs Budget analysis
- Creating Finance model
- Responsible for management of the loans from Banks / Shareholders
- Dealing with Bank / Lenders
- To ensure all necessary payments such as Opex, Management fee and Loan repayments are made in a timely manner
- Contractual requirement managements (TCP, Facility agreement, Shareholders Agreement, Management Agreement etc)
- Invoicing
- Correspondence with other stakeholders
- Company secretary matters (Resolutions, registrations and maintenance of corporate documents etc.)
- Preparing for Shareholders meeting
- Flag country matter
- Review work practices and procedures for better operational efficiency
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior and Management
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Economics, Law, Account or equivalent qualification
- Possess a minimum 3 years working experience in Commercial, SPC (Special Purpose company) management, accounting and/or financing
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with positive working attitude
- Meticulous and Good time management skills
- Proficient in use of MS office applications
- Able to work independently
- Experience in shipping industry is beneficial
- Financial knowledge is preferable
