• Coordinate & process customer's order
• Work closely with various departments to resolve customer related issues.
• Assist with procurement activities
• Ad-hoc jobs assigned by Head of Department

Requirement

• Required to work during weekends and Public Holiday.
• Shift work
• Self-driven, meticulous and a team player to meet tight timeline
• Work experience from F&B industry will be added advantage
• Strong command of both Mandarin & English in order to converse effectively

Responsibilities

• To assist in planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring the programme
• Work closely with officers to customize the programme to cater to the learning needs of the students
• Monitor the participation of the students and take appropriate action to follow up with the absentees and parents on a weekly basis
• Monitor and assess students’ wellbeing and development
• Ensure that the coaches and auxillary manpower adhere to the standard operating procedures of the programme
• Review and evaluate the coaches and auxillary manpower’s work ethics and performance
• Maintain good communication with the parents of students
• Maintain good communication with school administrators and sports organisations and provide regular feedback to them
• Make arrangements for the transport, logistics and facilities/venues for the various activities,monitor the budget for the equipment
• Maintain records of students

Requirements

• Remain registered with MOE
• Standard First Aid certificate is accredited by the National First Aid Council
