Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts for the holding company and 2 Singapore subsidiaries
• Job scope covers accounting-related functions, including but not limited to the below:Perform daily finance operations including invoice processing, interco billing, AP payment and staff claims processing
  Cash flow management
  Banks and Inter-company reconciliations
  Closing of accounts
  Reporting of monthly financial accounts and consolidated reports.
  
• Prepare quarterly SGX reporting including tax computation and quarterly GST submission.

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma in Accountancy or professional accounting qualification e.g. ACCA

Job description:

1. Admin supports including opening of files and maintenance of records
2. End to end processing of loans redemption & discharging of mortgage
3. Handle incoming calls, correspondence and confidential documents
4. E-lodgement / e-stamp documents / Safekeeping and conduct title search and other searches via online.
5. Perform data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing and binding of documents
6. All other secretarial / administrative duties assigned

• Handle full set of accounts, prepare monthly closing & financial reports independently for group companies.
• Maintain master data and verify transactions in accounting system group companies.
• Accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets and inventory
• Prepare company tax computation and quarterly submit GST to IRAS
• Close P&L, balance sheet and prepare audit schedules
• Business Partnering with various business groups
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management/Head of Finance

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or Equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in full sets of Accounts and payroll functions
• Able to multi task and work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer knowledge
