Position: Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Provide safety training and awareness programs to employees.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and develop preventive measures.
• Prepare and submit safety reports and documentation as required.
• Collaborate with management and staff to promote a culture of safety.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO)

Position Title : Account Officer ( Payroll)

• Location: (Buona Vista)
• Working Days: 5 days (Monday- Friday)
• Working Hours: 8am-5pm
• Starting Salary: $2,500 - $3,300

Job Responsibilities :

Payroll and related processes

• Record approved leave with supporting records in system and follow up with staff as required following the policies and direction of the Principal
• Check against employment contract and update bank account details for new joins
• Update changes in monthly salary with supporting documents
• Prepare tax clearance for Expat staff who resigned
• Process staff benefits claims and report as taxable benefits accordingly
• Process monthly Payroll punctually using payroll system through salary crediting (to gather all the necessary information such as changes in salary/workload, new join, resignations, deductions, benefit adjustment, etc)
• Process cheque payment for resigned staff’s last pay
• Process monthly CPF report for submission
• Claim for leave supported by government (maternity, paternity, NSmen, childcare, etc)
• Prepare template for mid (July) and year-end bonus (Dec) and include in the respective monthly payroll
• Application of grants details from government e.g. SEC, JGI, JSS to ascertain the accuracy of the amount received
• Prepare monthly reports to prepare journals for accounting system
• Prepare accounting schedule
• Update monthly cash flow details
• Update in the SDL portal to ensure accuracy in the SDL paid
• Recover from ACS foundation quarterly, payroll and others processed on behalf
• Prepare yearly IR8A for online submission
• Support Finance Manager in preparing the yearly payroll budget and period review
• Maintain the payroll system with support from the vendor
• Support the purchase of workmen compensation, professional liability, etc for staff
• Support all other areas requiring related to staff salaries

Automation and Digitalization of payroll system

• Work with Project team to draw up framework of automation and digitalization for payroll and related processes and set up new/additional “outside the system” during transition period where necessary
• Participate in the assessment of current or new payroll system towards automation and digitalization
• Owner of the new/additional automation workflows post project.

Any other duties as assigned by the Chairman, Senior Leaders Team and Reporting Officer.

Qualifications

• At Least, Certification in Payroll and/or Accounting

Experience and Skills

• At least 3 years of experience in handling Payroll.
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Payroll systems and Microsoft.
• Basic Accounting knowledge would be highly desirable but not essential.

Summary of the position:

Perform all daily back-office operations, mainly handling of Supply Chain Financing and Syndication Loans.

Main Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Financing

• Input new client data into DEMICA/KYRIBA
• Update non live rates in DEMICA
• Monitor the due dates of transactions
• Post request for financing in LORIS for Gelop processing
• Monitor the status of transactions posted in LORIS
• Ensure deals uploaded in DEMICA/KYRIBA and RSF engine are promptly accepted
• Review contracts and advices
• Perform Quarterly controls based on sampling checks obtained from customers
• Work closely with all stakeholders and ensure all transactions processed within Turnaround time

Syndication Loans

• Provide support to the stakeholders in the region with regards to their financing requirements
• Analysis of borrowers’ needs and risk controls
• Coordination of terms with Bank Arrangers
• Lead documentation and due diligence process

Secondary Duties:

• Assist in any projects being assigned by the team leaders
• Able to back up colleagues whenever is required

Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities

• Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Singapore Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking environment in back office supply chain or receivable financing. Knowledge and experience of International trade is a plus
• Certificate or courses or any specialized training/exposure in international trade and supply Chain
• Ability to support and provide team work whenever in required
