Job Description:

1. Oversees the Home Medical (HM) service operations to optimize utilization and care outcomes, including:

• Coordinate recruitment process for new Doctors, oversee routine contractual review and evaluation process
• Manage home medical daily schedule, lab test ordering, receipt management. Administer scheduling software system for HM
• Manage feedback and complaints relating to HM

• Lead Home Medical Operations Team and ensure proper coverage in their absence.

2. Oversee and plan schedule and engagement of Medical Advisor for multi-disciplinary reviews, home visit audits and meetings.

3. Organise and manage Continuing Professional Events (CPE), for e.g. coordination with speakers, publicity, attendance, online meeting platform, feedback.

4. Coordinate and manage secretariat/research support development of Care Pathways, including managing of conferences, events, etc

5. Manage contracts relating to home care services e.g. Service Level Agreement, Memorandum of Understanding.

6. Manage accreditation and licensing requirements by AIC/MOH for operation of home medical services, eg. Healthcare Services Act (HCSA) licensing, accreditation under the Medisave scheme

7. Provide administrative support for HNF centre-based services.

8. Project manage ad-hoc projects eg. Home Care Satisfaction Survey, collaboration, automation, etc.

9. Oversee severe disability assessment work process.

10. Support TeleHealth work processes.

11. Any other tasks assigned by the said reporting officer.

• Degree in business administration, Biomedical Science or healthcare-related domain. Experience in operations project management or healthcare setting is helpful.

Managing and Execution

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will support the Programmes and Services Department in various administrative, logistical and partnership work at EQUAL as a Programmes & Services Executive.

You are to coordinate and to network with various stakeholders to brokerage for partnerships and collaborations for various programmes at EQUAL. This role will be tasked to design simple artwork for worksheets, brochures, and publicity posters required for the programmes. This role may require to work on weekends and public holidays if there are programmes or events.
