RETAIL OPERATIONS AND CROSS-FUNCTION COLLABORATION

￭ Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience, including visual merchandising, store layout, customer service standards, loyalty programs and compliance to ensure company's standards and KPIs are achieved.

￭ Monitor retail performance and launch focused action plans with clearly articulated objectives to improve results.

￭ Regular review workflow and processes to optimize efficiency and drive for operational excellence.

￭ Provide insights and recommendations on product offerings, pricing, and promotions to drive sales and maintain a competitive edge.

￭ Collaborate with Marketing team by providing market insights so to define the most relevant promotional activities to accelerate sales performance and customer experience.

￭ Work with Demand Planner and Supply Chain team to perform effective stock control to maximize sales performance. Oversee sales & inventory analysis, operating cost, develop sales and performance reports for management review and to take appropriate actions.

￭ Work with HR Department to review and fine-tune sales incentive program on regular basis so to drive staff & sales performance and efficiency.

￭ Foster effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and IT to ensure alignment and coordination of activities including but not limited to new shop opening and renovation projects.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT AND TEAM DEVELOPMENT

￭ Lead and coach retail team. Supervise a team of shop management and develop the team by providing guidance & support through timely feedback. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture and environment.

￭ Monitor and analyze the objectives setting to evaluate the performance of shops and identify areas for improvement. Develop action plans to address any performance gaps and drive continuous improvement.

￭ Work with Training Manager to define training needs and develop talents with necessary skills so to drive excellence in customer service & sales performance.

￭ Collaborate with HR department on team development, strength talent pipeline and people development to solidify the team structure and capability.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business Studies, Fashion, Finance or related discipline.

• Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in retail industry, preferably from luxury F&B retail / fashion brands / cosmetics.

• Strong financial acumen, track record in managing a retail organization.

• Strong leadership skills with exceptional presentation and communication skills.

• Strong analytical, business acumen and interpersonal skills.

• Shop visit and business travel is required.

Job Description

• Oversee and manage the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the organisation and plan the technology roadmap to ensure optimal performance
• Oversees IT infrastructure and IT security including data protection and cloud management in HQ and its group of hotels
• Review and negotiate hardware/software contracts/licensing issues including such renewals; collaborate with business partners or external vendors to troubleshoot, analyse and resolve critical technical issues as when necessary
• Strategize, plan, recommend and execute new digital or technology tools/projects to improve organisation processes and increase productivity
• Run, manage and report progress of projects independently with good quality management of time, scope and budget.

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science
• Hands-on experience in IT infra-structure or IT security implementation/operations, network administration preferably in the hospitality industry with 3 to 5 years of experience at management level
• Project management and execution skills
• Professional certification in cyber or network security related disciplines is advantageous.
• Good working knowledge of network hardware; routing protocols; firewalls administration; remote access; VPN; Microsoft 365, Netsuite; Opera and customised in house hotel management system
• Good communication, presentation, and written skills to effectively describe and demonstrate technical solutions to internal and external parties
