Specific Responsibilities

1. Our hired trainee will learn the cleaning operation procedures and SOP of our organization, he or she will learn how to manage the cleaning team and equipments. CHALLENGES

We are an overseas subsidiary of a Chinese company. We are seeking a Trading Director to lead and oversee all trading activities within our organization. As the Trading Director, your main objective will be to optimize profitability and ensure the efficient execution of trading strategies. You will be responsible for managing a team of traders and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve our business goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement trading strategies: Create and execute effective trading strategies to maximize profitability and align with our business objectives. Stay informed about market trends, economic indicators, and financial news to make informed trading decisions.

2. Team management: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of traders. Set performance goals, monitor individual and team performance, and offer regular feedback. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the trading department.

3. Risk management: Identify and assess potential risks associated with trading activities. Implement risk management strategies to mitigate exposure and safeguard our interests. Continuously monitor market conditions and adjust trading strategies accordingly.

4. Financial analysis and reporting: Analyze trading data, including profit and loss statements, trade volumes, and market trends. Prepare regular reports on trading performance and present findings to senior management. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance trading results.

Requirements:

1. Education: Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.

2. Experience: Demonstrate a successful track record in trading, preferably in a leadership capacity. Possess strong knowledge of financial markets, trading instruments, and risk management. Have experience managing a team of traders and driving trading strategies.

3. Analytical skills: Proficient in quantitative analysis, financial modelling, and data interpretation. Ability to make data-driven decisions and identify trading opportunities based on market analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure team briefings are carried out before each service period
• Implement and ensure that Food Safety and Hygiene standards are met at all times
• Ensure that all food is prepared according to quality, taste and hygiene guidelines established by the Company
• Train and develop the team to deliver the food to a high standard
• Ensure readiness for service and that the pace is set for peak times
• Ensure that all food is presented for service in a timely manner and in correct sequence
• Deal with any customer returns of food in a timely manner
