Job Summary

The Commercial Contracts Manager will in large part work with and support the APAC sales organization. This individual contributor position will be responsible for managing, negotiating and otherwise facilitating sales agreements while ensuring that ZOLL is protected from unnecessary risk. RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage teams in green building projects independently with minimal supervision.

· Review reports, presentations and project submissions.

· Review materials, products, technical specification and cost.

· Review all necessary calculations and simulations, such as ACMV system, lighting, landscape, ETTV/OTTV, energy simulation, wind simulation, daylight simulation, solar radiation simulation, etc.

· Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, building owners, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.

· Coordinate physical walk through and detail measurement of the building related to ACMV, lighting, indoor comfort, etc, to analyse building system performance and propose improvement, if needed.

REQUIREMENTS

· Engineering Degree (mechanical, electrical, building science).

· Fluency in written and spoken English.

· Able to operate CAD, energy simulation, wind simulation, wind driven rain, and daylight software.

· Understanding of building systems particularly in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

· Comprehensive experience in Green Mark, LEED, GBI, Greenship, WELL, and other green rating system.

· At least 6 years of relevant working experience.
