Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in warehousing solutions, automation design, or supply chain operations in e-commerce and/or consulting environments.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end (E2E) supply chain processes.
• Experience in product management, integrating technical solutions for sustainable operations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight timelines.
• Prior experience with modeling/simulation tools is a plus.
• Direct experience in people management.
