The Income Compliance team is a strategic partner and trusted business advisor to Income. • Support various departments in reviewing and updating procedures, ensuring timely incorporation of changes and assisting in their assessment.

• Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), inspect workshop fabricated items, and conduct onboard completion inspections internally and externally.
• Prepare inspection reports on outcomes and update overall inspection status summary.
• Liaise with Clients and CLASS Surveyors for external inspections.
• Monitor and expedite closure of all company non-conformances.
• Create and review Risk Management Plans for projects.
