Working Hours

44 hours (5 days a week)

• 1 week 2 off days
• 2 days full shift
• 3 days 1 shift either morning or afternoon shift

Salary

Up to $3.5K, depending on experience and knowledge

Job Scope

- Attending to customers

- Processing customers' orders of cake and beverage

• Establishes and maintains strong business relationships with clients. Provides quotations to new prospects in accordance to the guidelines, risk management and underwriting profitability.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 5 years of sales & marketing experience in semiconductor equipment.
• Good knowledge in Machine Vision Process
• Comfortable to travel extensively.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent networking and interpersonal skills.

Job  Description

• Act as the key account interface, develop and maintain strategic relationship with existing and potential Customer/Principal.

2. Trainee will be in charge of releasing slots to customers and make sound arrangements to make sure that appointments do not clash. Handle all appointment cancellations and find replacements when necessary.

3. Trainee will sell, upsell, or cross sell to customers different packages for the existing beauty services. Highlight current promotions to customers and provide satisfactory customer service to them while making them feel comfortable.

4. Trainee will issue invoices based on types of services engaged, top-ups, cancellations, refunds, etc. Ensure that all fees charged are accurate and payment is received. Generate sales report using Xerox.

1. To learn how to plan and execute marketing activities and promotions while effectively conveying the right messages

2. To learn to be organised and handle all customer reservations and time slots

3. To learn different sales techniques and sell packages to customers while providing good customer service standards
